During the 34th Annual Scientific Conference, which took place from September 5 to 8, 2024, in Rome, Italy, the Director of the Postgraduate Program and Professor of Pathology – Diabetology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Triantafyllos Didaggelos, was elected President of the International Study Group on Diabetic Neuropathy (NEUROdiab).
Professor Didaggelos has been a member of NEUROdiab since 2001 and a member of the Board of Directors since 2022.
At the same conference, Dr. Eleni Karlafti, a Medical School PhD holder and Lecturer in the Postgraduate Program, was elected to the Young Committee.
The conference was a great success in terms of participation (with delegates from 34 countries worldwide) and scientific interest.
